I will be taking a break from regular posts in April (and possibly half of May) to rebuild my buffer of posts and focus on other priorities. And basically to take this load of my mind, because it’s been somewhat of a burden since the start of the year.
Now that I have a short break from choir there are a few other things that I’d like to do again. Reading is one of them. I miss reading very much, and it’s rather important for getting new ideas and things to write about.
When choir resumes in May I will also have no time to write, so this is something that has to happen sooner or later. 3x a week of practice is a lot, considering that I still need to revise the songs on my own outside of the practices. Add that to the fact that I’m still learning German and taking lessons on at least one other day (sometimes two), and there’s barely any breathing room to get anything done. There are only 7 days in a week, and continuing this way is only going to result in burnout.
Unfortunately, with my other commitments, I had barely managed to keep up with the posts in February and March. This was in spite of me reducing the post frequency. (My buffer was also depleted from my 1 month overseas trip in December until January.)
I may still post one or two posts, but they will not be the regular ones. >.<
See you all in May. 🙂
